Terms & Conditions
Rates & Deposit:
Please note that a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
No refund of deposit if booking is cancelled less than one week before your stay.
The remaining balance is paid when checking out.
All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per night basis and include GST of 15%.
All accounts must be settled directly with Corbett House Bed & Breakfast in New Zealand Dollars.
Reservation via the phone will require full customer and credit card details.
Arrival & Departure Times:
Check in time is from 3.00pm. Check out time is before 11.00am.
Subject to booking demand on the day of departure, late check-out may be available, please check with your hosts should you require a late checkout. There may be a charge applied for a late check out.
Late Check in:
All guests are required to check in before 7pm. If you are unable to check in before 7pm, please phone us on +64 07 8624753 to arrange your arrival time. Guests that do not contact us may be charged a late check in fee of $50.00.
As this is a smoke free home, please smoke outside well away from open windows, doors and other guests. In the event of someone having smoked in the room, we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest. “Resulting loss of income” could be following guests refusing to stay in that booked room.
Smoking:
All breakages or damage must be reported to your hosts immediately.
We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage caused to the property or its contents.
